Friends, family and internet-strangers: I have recently moved my blog to Wordpress due to increased ease and simplicity. This past year has been one of great growth and change for me, and my new blog gives me a change to not only update my look, but weed out the topics that may have been unhelpful or unhealthy from my years in an eating disorder.
